How do I get access to the Members' Area again?

Go to the Members Area page and enter your receipt number, and you'll be permitted access to the Members Area.

Lost your receipt number?

If you've forgotten your login details for the Members Area, simply go to the login page and enter your email address into the "Lost your receipt number" box. Your receipt will be emailed to you.

Why can't I visit certain pages, or why is the speed very slow?

This is more likely a problem with your browser settings or internet connection rather than an issue with our site. First contact your internet service provider to rule out this possibility, or try accessing our site from another computer on a different connection. If you're still having problems, email our technical support crew.
